The company aims to ensure that users encounter no issues when interacting with the new interface and enjoy a positive user experience.

The analysis process was divided into two parts. For the first part, several user scenarios were created to guide the user's interaction flow. The analysis of these scenarios was performed manually. The second part consisted of a manual analysis of the web application's core functionality, aimed at identifying issues within the interface and functional logic.
All identified artifacts were recorded in a table. This table includes the artifact's name, a detailed description of the issue, and tags indicating which users are at risk of encountering the problem, its severity level, and the devices on which it is reproducible.
